TLDR; Yes if you're planning to mod or use the Switch 2 as basically a better Switch 1. No if you're not planning to mod or use the Switch 2 as a better Switch 1, because there's not enough really good launch games to justify paying hundreds for a console just for like 2-3 noteworthy titles.
