512 is a weird amount of characters to have, right? I mean, 512 isn't an odd number but it's an ODD number to cap the amount of characters you can use. 140 was fine, 300 is also fine but 512? Why not 500? It's nothing I'll lose sleep over, but it's a weird choice, right? It's hardly microblogging, though it's still definitely the same format as that kind of website. If you wanted to call this a microblogging website you wouldn't be WRONG, but 512 characters is definitely a LOT of characters for a microblogg
